Nikki said “It was much tougher than expected especially part of the course was further out to sea than first thought and so not protected from the winds, leading to big waves. (The course was changed 10pm the night before race!) The temperature was about 12 degrees to start then got colder. I did the 2.4 miles in 1hr 57 mins 19 sec.
